They have embarked on an ambitious growth plan aimed at significantly increasing production capacity by modernizing manufacturing processes and management practices. 30 Years of History

Max-Atlas was founded about thirty years ago by two professionals from the transportation industry who originally aimed to develop products that could meet their own needs. The company quickly expanded to produce on a larger scale and became a significant player in the container chassis industry in Canada. The arrival of new shareholders in 2023 has allowed Max-Atlas to broaden its vision to enter the international market while remaining true to its values: staying accessible and attentive to its customers.

The Max-Atlas factory is located in the suburbs of Montreal, in the municipality of Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu. Our cutting-edge facilities and equipment allow us to manufacture robust and durable container chassis, designed with high-quality North American steel. All manufacturing processes take place in our own factory and meet the strictest standards in the transportation industry. A visionary spirit

The executive management of Max-Atlas is an experimented and forward-looking team. At the helm of the company is Stéphane Guérin, CPA, President and CEO and principal shareholder. He has more than 30 years of management experience in several industrial sectors. Luc Chouinard, P. Eng., is Vice-President of Operations. A seasoned leader, he has over 25 years of management experience in manufacturing factories. Patrice Marcotte, P. Eng., is Vice President, Operations Support and Strategy. He has held senior management positions attributable to his expertise in engineering, operations and management. Jae Lee is Chief Commercial Officer based in the United States. He has over 15 years of experience in container chassis rental and is the key player in developing our presence in the U.S. market.
